I wanted the LG enV VX9900 cell phone that was easy to text with and had easy access to instant messenging software, with no extra cost. The LG enV VX9900 from Verizon Wireless is a terrific text-messaging camera phone. It has an excellent keyboard and screen, and a 2-megapixel camera.
This, the latest addition to the Zoom iHiFi range continues the highest standard of high quality solutions across the range and includes additional features such as a fold down microphone and controls built into the headphones. The headset works seamlessly with Bluetooth enabled mobile phones and even provides a ring over the music to ensure you never miss another call and is useful to connect and receive information, as well as is used with hands-free devices. If you are looking for a real digital camera substitute, this one definitely impresses.
For easy text messaging it has a Qwerty Keyboard and large internal screen. For you music lovers it has music player for MP3 and WMA songs and a music Library. Open, the internal screen is bright and colorful, but also proportionally small, just over two inches relative to the open lid with a large black frame around the screen highlighting the wasted space. The clamshell opens with a snap to two stages tilted about 135 degrees and completely open. Closed the phone has a small external screen. Open, the internal screen is bright and colorful.
Generally, content loaded and buffered within two to three seconds and videos were smooth and pleasant to watch, even on the small screen. Audio quality was also good. The screen on the previous model (9800) was excellent, and having the ability to open it up for texting is also a welcome feature. However, I think it still may be too thick for a phone that ultimately doesn’t give you full PDA functionality. In 1 step mode the camera autofocuses and shows you the focus screen (a yellow square in the middle of the frame) then takes the shot. In two step mode it autofocuses, again showing the yellow autofocus square which turns red when its done focusing so you can press the shutter button.
The new microSD card is fully compatible with TransFlash card slots and is designed as a small flash memory storage card for mobile phones and devices. Just open it horizontally and you will see all the phones useful secrets.
The LG enV VX9900 allows you to connect your phone to any 3.5mm stereo headset or portable speaker. One end of this adapter plugs into your phone, the other end is a female 3.5mm jack. They have 2 stereo speakers right here. Music sounds pretty good. The stereo speakers have a nice sound for a phone. Don’t expect any bass or dynamic sounds though.
